Parks
& RecreationThief
River Falls prides itself on its great city parks systems-one of the best in
Northwestern Minnesota! Observance of a
few rules and regulations is requested by all users for the
safety and enjoyment of everyone. These regulations are as
follows:
-
All City parks
close at 11:00 p.m. This is for the safety of users and for
consideration of nearby residents.
-
All alcoholic beverages are prohibited in
the parks.
-
Vehicles are not allowed in the parks
except in designated parking lots. Motorized vehicles are not
allowed in parks, including park trail ways and field areas.
-
Please clean up after your pets. Pets are
required to be leashed in the parks.
-
Please do not bring glass containers to the
parks. Aluminum or plastic containers create less safety
hazards. Broken glass is a safety hazard and maintenance
problem.
-
Tennis courts are to be used for tennis
play only. Skateboarding, hockey, rollerblading or other uses
are not permitted since such play deteriorates the tennis
facility. Tennis shoes are required in tennis court areas.
-
Compliance to these rules will assist in the
enjoyment and safety of all users of the parks.
